Return Policy
Return Policy For Undamaged Items
Any item purchased from us can be returned for a refund less our shipping cost and 15% restocking fee within 15 days from the day you receive the item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging prior authorization (Return Authorization Number) must be arranged by phone or email. Packages must be sent back prepaid and in its original box. No products that have been open and assembled will be accepted for refund. Products left at KD for more than 30 days will be disposed.
Return Policy For Damaged Items
Any items that are found to contain damage upon opening your shipment must be reported to our customer service department within 2 business days from receipt of shipment. If your shipment contains extensive damage to the packaging upon delivery, refuse the shipment and contact customer service immediately.
Delivery Information
We use two different shipping companies UPS and Fed Ex (within the US)

Third Day Delivery
Second Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery
We can also use your personal shipper and shipping method, but an additional handling charge will be added. International deliveries are also available and a shipping quote will be requested at the time of purchasing.
We will collect a sales tax on all taxable items being delivered to the recipient in Colorado and Florida.
